Established in 2010, Essendon Physio Group is a distinguished Allied Health specialty practice deeply rooted in the community. With a dedicated team of clinicians and administration professionals, we provide comprehensive Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services in a modern and welcoming environment. 

We focus on supporting our patients through their health care journey across a lifespan, with a strong focus on prevention and early intervention to support a healthier and happier community. 

We offer a broad range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy services as well specialty services that include dizziness assessment and balance rehabilitation, jaw and facial pain physio, pre operative an post operative rehabilitation as well as a range of chronic disease prevention and managment services for diabetes, arthritis, obesity, respiratory and cardiac conditions.

About the Role:

This permanent part time role focuses on ensuring the seamless daily operations of our practice while providing exceptional client interactions. You'll engage in three key areas:

  • Front Desk: Coordinating appointments, managing enquiries, processing accounts, and handling electronic correspondence.
  • Practice Presentation: Taking pride in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and team.
  • Professional Engagement: Collaborating with agents, suppliers, and referrers to ensure optimal client outcomes.
