Your Role:
As a crucial member of our team, you will:
- Coordinate the sale contracts for property transactions, ensuring attention to detail and timely execution whilst managing contract milestones.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and the sales team.
- Offer exceptional Client Care throughout the sales process, reinforcing our commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Liaise professionally with external parties, including solicitors, valuers, and clients, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage general office administration, generate reports and assist with project delivery contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
- Undertake trust account receipting and invoicing.
- Prepare and provide sales, commissions and operational reports to management.
- Manage all correspondence between builders and our clients from contract stage to handover.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience in Contracts Administration or demonstrates transferable skills from real estate, the building industry or comparable industries.
- Is highly organized, with stellar time management and a keen eye for detail.
- Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently with initiative.
- Boasts excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
