Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-complexity clients, ensuring the delivery of personalised and effective support services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Oversee commission reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting aspects.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organisations, to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
- Lead the development and implementation of procedures and protocols to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the disability sector, with a focus on managing high-complexity clients.
- Strong understanding of commission reporting processes.
- Team management and the ability to support staff working in high stress environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in procedure writing and documentation management.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or a related field preferred (nursing or psychology backgrounds are advantageous but no essential)
