About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Care Officer to join our Client Care Team. The successful applicant will be employed full time 8am - 4am or 9am-5pm based in Mt Druitt.
The Client Care Officer will be responsible for the provision of Client Care services including:
- Conduct Client Intake, assessment and reassessment to determine service eligibility.
- Maintenance of accurate Client Data, information, records and statistics
- Supporting the Client Care Team Leader in the provision of Client Services and Administration.
Training is provided on the job.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- Have experience in a Client Services role with direct contact and the provision of services to clients;
- High developed communication and computer skills;
- Undergo a National Criminal History Record Check at the time of employment and every three years with a satisfactory outcome;
- Undergo a Working With Children Check every five years with a satisfactory outcome;
- Be vaccinated in line with Department of Health recommendations.
In addition to the above skills, you must have good communication skills, sound judgement, a focus on results and the willingness to use your initiative.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows and the Office suite of products and RouteMatch would be a major advantage.
