As the Business Director, you will play a critical role as the strategic thought leader and trusted advisor to client counterparts. Reporting into the Head of Client Services & leading a team of 7, you will support and mentor all team members and help create opportunities for growth.
You'll work across 2 large and exciting clients in the entertainment and manufacturing industry who are digitally mature and always looking for new innovative ways to do things. You'll also oversee a patch of 5 smaller accounts which will be handled by the Account Directors day to day.
Your day to day:
Deliver highly innovative and effective media solutions demonstrating our purpose - Connections that Matter.
Day-to-Day strategically focused leadership responsibility for your portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior clients as well as external stakeholders.
Lead the delivery of strategic presentations and decks, pushing boundaries and giving the best to your clients.
Effectively motivate, lead and train your team, knowing when to command seniority but also when to step back and allow growth.
Be a champion across all channels and ensure an effective and efficient flow of briefs through to PCAs.
Required skills and experience:
Strong media/communications strategy, technology and data related experience
Excellent understanding of media fundamentals with strategic planning capabilities
Strong people leadership experience and team-first mentality
Strong understanding of omnichannel planning and strategy
Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
