About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Rostering Coordinator. Our Rostering Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to our Security and Cleaning entities, incorporating a relationship building approach to their portfolio of sites and managers.
About the position
The Rostering Coordinator will join our team based in Mulgrave and be responsible for:
- Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio
- Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
- Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders
- Award Interpretation and application
- Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P&L
- Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
- Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff
We are looking for someone who is a team player, possess a can-do attitude, likes to think outside the box and enjoy a challenge!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience rostering
- Experience in the Security Industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to set positive, open & effective relationships
- Driven, solution orientated and innovative thinker
- Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
