Form of work- Permanent full time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm;
- Work from home 2 days per week!;

This role is like no other.
You will support the relationship between the Support Worker and Client, and manage all of their administration to make their work and lives a million times easier, resulting in care being given the way it should be.
A snapshot of what your role will look like:
- Engaging with clients and their chosen support worker to walk them through the processes, taking the hassle out of their paperwork;
- Assisting workers with required documentation and ensuring full compliance;
- Working closely with the Payroll team and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner;
- Working alongside the Finance team to review overdue invoices, then offering assistance to the client to have the payment processed;
- Database management including creating new files and keeping them up-to-date by conducting periodic reviews;
- Keeping accurate records of all engagement and communications;
- Becoming an expert in your field, enabling you to offer continued support to the client and the worker in any way possible;
- Conducting strategic analysis on your portfolio and providing appropriate reports; and
- Supporting with events including expo's and workshops.
We feel the right person for this role will have:
- Experience working in the Community Services sector;
- Strong coordination skills;
- CRM database skills with an interest in analysing/tracking data;
- A true passion to help others and become an expert in your field to go above and beyond to provide next level service; and
- Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme will be advantageous.
