About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful delivery of our services. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, you will work closely with them to understand their business objectives and challenges to position our products/services;
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions;
  • Proactively identify potential issues and work to mitigate them before they escalate;
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings;
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue from existing clients;
About You:
  • Proven Account Management Experience;
  • Experience in achieving results in a retail environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Exceptional time management skills;
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills;
