To uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes, we are now in search of a part-time Client Services Manager to bolster our team and manage administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to phone calls and email communications from clients
- Proactively engage with clients to maintain relationships and actively chase lead flow
- Thoroughly review customer-provided documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, initiating follow-ups for any missing information
- Validate/rename document contents, such as income and liability statements, to align with customer-declared data
- Engage with customers to address outstanding information requests and provide application status updates
- Assist mortgage brokers with various administrative duties, including form preparation and email correspondence
- Maintain meticulous records of customer details and application progress
At your core, you're passionate about ensuring a seamless journey for customers from Lodgment to Settlement. You're a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a track record of success in financial services.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Proficiency in Google Suite and proficiency in data entry
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is advantageous but not essential
This is a part-time position, requiring 5 days per week, with flexible working arrangements welcome.
