The Role
Working with a high performing business, you will be working alongside experienced mortgage brokers, delivering exceptional customer service. You will liaise closely with a variety of diverse clients, supporting them through an exciting journey of home ownership, adding value throughout every step of the process. This is a busy office with a great referral partner and they are now ready to welcome a new team member to the family.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaising with our Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Conveyancers and Clients.
- Guiding clients through the loan application process, while gathering and processing the appropriate documents.
- Processing applications from broker handover to loan approval and post settlement.
- Understanding the lender policy attached to the product chosen for the client.
- Performing data entry into CRM systems & using computer software and applications.
- Assisting brokers with tasks such as discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing.
We are looking for someone with:
- 1+ years experience in a similar role in Broker Support or Banking/Broker Customer Service.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate a strong client focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations
- Data driven, with a strong ability to collect and process client information to produce mortgage applications.
- Tech Savvy - able to navigate new software and applications, such as Apply Online and MyCRM.
Nice to Haves:
- Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required.
