Our small but mighty sales team is growing and we are looking for the ideal fit to join us as our Marketing and sales support superstar! Award winning Team Cassi Nuske are a well-oiled team who promote positive culture and provide incredible customer service to our clients and community. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast-pace, client focused role, with an eye for style, is tech-savvy and has impeccable communication to join the team.
We deliver an exceptional six-star customer service experience because we love what we do and enjoy making a difference to people’s lives each and every day, whether it be our clients, supporting each other, or the local community.
A week in the role is varied but it may look like;
- Running photoshoots
- Social media content creation, scheduling and messaging
- Running open homes yourself or assisting the lead agent at open homes
- Showing buyers through properties via private inspections
- Follow up calls with prospective buyers
- Preparing folders for open homes
- Designing Marketing and prospecting material for team
- Responding to buyer enquiries via phone and email
- Admin tasks as required to support the team
- Team and Client event coordination

The ideal applicant:
- Ability to work 5 days a week including Saturdays
- Computer and systems savvy
- Can navigate social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- System focused and great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and assess priorities
- Can work autonomously and set their own schedule
- Takes accountability and responsibility for tasks
- Is a kind and caring individual who genuinely likes talking with people
Previous real estate experience and a real estate sales certificate is ideal but for this exceptional role, we are really looking for common sense, great communication, showing initiative, caring for your fellow team and a strong work ethic.
