Our Opportunity
Our Registry Team has an exciting opportunity for a Client Operations Representative to join our small, close-knit team. You will form part of a key team tasked with contributing to an exceptional service experience to our customers within Australian Unity Wealth & Capital Markets
Reporting to the Registry Manager, your role will consist of the completion of daily and periodic administration and operational tasks that directly impact our customers. You will also be encouraged to drive improvements and performance in all areas of our business, with the aim of exceeding customer expectations and making a positive impact for the team.
What you will do
- Establish and maintain technical knowledge of the Australian Unity Wealth Product Suite, both current and legacy to the extent that these can be processed without error
- Accurate data entry keying with a zero-error rate using relevant systems
- Anticipate customer needs, consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer
- Liaise with other areas in the Wealth and Capital Markets that require assistance on the Life and Super and Investment products
- Assist in gathering information in order to respond to difficult/technical questions
- Quality interactions with our channels, direct and funeral directors
- Investigate and resolve additional customer requests/remediation as required
- Grow, support and imbibe a sense continuous improvement, collective problem solving and sharing new ways of delivering
- Demonstrated experience in the Australian financial services industry, ideally within a registry operations role
- Strong Attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
