Join us as our next Printing & Scanning Assistant (known internally as a Client Service Operator) at our vibrant Melbourne location! This is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the role
Our support team are the fast-moving, methodical workers offering exceptional service to our clients. Our team are receiving jobs from our clients meaning we:
• Ensure our understanding of the clients’ instructions
• Complete photocopying, printing, and scanning
• Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
• Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time.
In this role, your days will have lots of variety working in different client locations within Melbourne CBD when needed. You will be the go-to person for support and communication between our Melbourne Bureau and the client. You will also distribute the incoming mail, sort outgoing mail and packages, as well as stock support, locker allocation, and workplace support.
About you - desirables that may help you stand out from other applicants
• Possess some knowledge of the legal industry.
• Experience in a high volume fast paced industry where accuracy is a must.
• Be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and prepared to go the extra mile when required
• Proficient IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Ultimately, it’s your attitude that’s most important to us, however previous experience within a corporate services or printing environment is an advantage.
