We are a national service provider, providing installation services to major Australian electronics and appliance retailers.

The customer service team is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations and Client relationship manager to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Tullamarine, VIC, on a full-time basis 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work.
The position involves
1 Supervision of Staff
- Ability to oversee and assist in the daily operations of the business.
- Manage staff ensuring proper time management and procedures are adhered to.
- Implement procedures to streamline daily operations.
- Assist and guide staff when confronted with the escalation of a problem.
2 Supervision and recruitment of Subcontractors
- Building teams of subcontractors across all states as work volume increases.
- Monitor performance and standards of workmanship from subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors, to ensure a great customer experience.
3 Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
- Work closely with clients and assist solving problematic situations that may arise.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates
- Proven management of subcontractors.
- Proven management of team members.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- General AV and Whitegoods installation experience preferred.
