Primarily a phone-based role with a hybrid WFH structure - within a typical day, you will be speaking with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date to the software offerings, providing training sessions online and winning-back clients who have been inactive to ensure they are utilising the platform to its full potential.
The Role:
- Onboarding new clients and providing platform demonstration and training.
- Running demonstrations of new features within the platform.
- Providing ongoing support & training with existing client base to ensure they are using their software to its maximum potential.
- Slow down client attrition by ensuring your clients that they understand all features of the platform.
- Calling clients who have left the platform to win-back their business.
About You:
- Highly organised and experience in managing a portfolio of clients/accounts.
- Technical aptitude to navigate problems.
- Big on relationship building!
- Proven sales abilities to win-back clients
- Experience within the legal/property space highly desirable but not essential.
- You might come from an industry like SAAS, Property, Software, Tech, Conveyancing, Conveyancer, Banking, Finance, Pexa, Legal, Law.
