A highly regarded Financing Group require an experienced Relationship Manager for their Credit & Lending Division to work with their niche clientele.
Duties include:-
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospect clients while guiding them thought the Lending process
* Manage the Credit Process to deliver a seamless customer experience in relation to home loan and consumer loan cycles
* Collaborate with a range of other departments and stakeholders in the loan cycle
* Develop an expert understanding of products, policies and processes to provide high quality guidance and advice to clients of all levels
* Leverage your excellent industry knowledge to manage customer enquiries, maintain and develop strong relationships
* Work collaboratively on Sales & Marketing initiatives to ensure appropriate product offerings are available and remain relevant to the client base
* Leadership and mentoring of staff members to ensure they understand their roles, functions and the associated performance outcomes required
The Candidate:-
- Approx 8 years of experience working within the Financial Services & Lending/Credit Sector with a flair for client-facing sales and loan service functions providing expertise to Consumer, HNW and Commercial clients.
- Expertise in dealing with lending products not limited to mortgages, consumer loans, asset financing etc
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, procedures and ever changing compliance environment.
- Excellent verbal /written communication skills with the ability to articulate concisely to stakeholders of all levels
- Skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Power BI applications Welcome
