About the role:
Reporting to the Group Account Director, as a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our business, working closely with multiple blue-chip clients to manage expectations including stakeholder management, team performance, financial KPI delivery and operational management to ensure executional excellence in delivering client objectives.

About You:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Account management and Client Relationship building skills
- Experience managing staff members (highly regarded)
- Contact centre and/or direct sales experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to manage financial aspects of a business and client specific projects
- Project management skills (proposal development, presentation, and implementation)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware
