The Role:
As a result of significant growth and expansion in the Network Business portfolio, Assetlink Services has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager to join the Network Business team.
You will manage our client sites across QLD. The potential growth opportunities mean that there are exciting times ahead and will give this position a unique chance to make a difference.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of client sites
- Act as the key relationship holder with existing clients and ensure contract extensions, variations and renewals are process promptly and opportunities for contract growth are identified and explored
- Meet our contractual obligations and delight our clients by exceeding their expectations
- Build, mentor and develop your team and ensure that cleaning standards exceed contract requirements – maintain compliance standards and quality systems
- Meet KPI’s consistently – scheduled site inspections, incident reporting, safety audits, regular client communication
- Regular reporting of key contract key metrics
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility
You will have:
- Demonstrated track record of managing sites in Facility Management services
- Experience in delivery of cleaning services will be well regarded
- Previous experience in managing and training subcontractors
- Retail cleaning experience – advantage
- Thorough working knowledge on the use and general maintenance of mechanical cleaning equipment – preferred
- Significant experience within an operations management position with the ability to lead, mentor and motivate your extended team
- Strong P&L, financial, commercial, and contractual understanding
- Ability to convert potential prospects into new clients, using superior influencing skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Can-do attitude with high energy and resilience
- Valid, unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis - at least once a fortnight for 1 or 2 nights to remote regional QLD locations
