About the role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join InsideEDGE’s Sales and Marketing team, servicing clients in both QLD and nationally. This role is primarily responsible for connecting and engaging with existing client’s and their employees to drive awareness of InsideEDGE’s innovative proposition in the novated lease space. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients to determine where value can be added as a preferred provider
- Understand the client’s objectives regarding employee benefits programs and how to maximise exposure as a trusted partner
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness and presence of the Inside Edge proposition and conduct information sessions, workshops, one-on-ones and other origination activities
- Actively manage the origination process with key client contacts, site contacts and key stakeholders to ensure growth targets can be met
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to ensure maximum growth
About you
Your drive, passion and determination to deliver innovative solutions that are tailored to our client base, will see you succeed in this role. Coupled with your ability to achieve growth targets in a competitive market will see you stand out in the crowd.
To be successful in this role:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience, preferably in the novated lease sector
- Client focused, relationship driven and commercially savvy
- Collaborative and willing to work cross functionally to achieve results
- Curious and opening to learning
- Excited by the challenge of making new connections, communicating with audiences that vary in size and,
- Gets a thrill from educating others!
