Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the operations of our cleaning and facilities management services in QLD, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve service efficiency.
- Nurture and grow key client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Lead and inspire our talented team of service professionals, fostering a positive work environment and empowering them to achieve greatness.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for the enhancement of our services and market positioning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying training opportunities for our team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager/Key Account Manager in the service industry, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving outstanding client satisfaction.
