Our law firm which is centrally located on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Relations/Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct research for potential clients
- Collaborate with lawyers and other team members to provide excellent client service
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales/client relations experience, preferably in the legal industry but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office Suite
