The key function of the role is supporting two Financial Advisors with client administration related to financial planning.
Typical role duties include:
Facilitation of all administrative client queries
Client on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation and creation of client records
Preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting
Assist in client asset transfers, including cash, both domestically and internationally
Process and monitor stock settlements, including following up with clients regarding outstanding funds
You'll have the ability to deal confidently with Financial Advisors and their clients in a high-volume, time-critical environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of the financial advice process, financial markets and product and industry trends.
What you'll need to succeed
Non-negotiable
Fluent mandarin (written and verbal)
A finance related degree
Experience in Client Service support
- CPA/CFA is a bonus
