Your new role
You’ll often be the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services related to financial plans and investment portfolios. You’ll require relationship management experience and knowledge of the financial advice process. The role is fast-paced and requires accuracy and consistency to give a positive client experience.
The role will cover leave and busy periods across all advisory groups. It will give you the opportunity to provide Client Service support within other teams in the business and, consequently, is a role with fantastic exposure to the wider business.
Facilitate all administrative client queries
Prepare client onboarding documents
Create client records
Prepare client valuations, asset allocations and valuations
Prioritise competing requests in a fast-paced environment
Establish and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders and departments
What you'll need to succeed- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience
- 4+ years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry
- Ambition to grow your career further in financial advice
- RG 146 compliant
- High attention to detail
- Strong literacy and numeracy ability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills
- A fundamental knowledge of financial advice process, markets and industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
