The Role:
- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Assist advisers with meeting preparation, research and prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
- Manage the administrative function within the office.
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client’s superannuation/investments
- Conduct placement of Investment advice/strategy, until fully implemented.
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Basic Advice document preparation, eg ROA.
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies
- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN Preferred
- Hold 2+ years experience as an Adviser Assistant
- Experience working with boutique financial planning practice is highly regarded
