ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for leading the Client Service Team within Wilson Security's Technology Division and working as a point of contact with nominated Key Clients.
Key Duties include:
Daily Operations Client Service Team:
- Manage and Support the National Client Service Team in the delivery of services to clients
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients to ensure service standards are achieved
- Create and maintain appropriate data systems about files including invoices, contact information, client data, site information and contact details
- Invoicing
- Overseeing the invoicing of day-to-day service works
- Managing monthly commercial invoicing
- Monitoring the overheads and job costs to identify potential reductions
- Compliance
- Manage and monitor compliance programs
- Conduct audits as per implemented schedules
- Internal Stakeholders
- Ensure new clients are set up within all Wilson portals
- Assist supporting teams, finance, credit etc
Client Account Management:
- Be the point of contact for nominated clients
- Create monthly reports as required
- Be the point of escalation
- Attend and minute monthly meetings
- Manage Financial Account Statements
Operational Reporting:
- Assist in the production and distribution of the monthly P&L Reports
- Establish and maintain current standard operating procedures
- Setting up and issuing invoicing from the simPRO portal
