A leading Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm located South of the River is seeking a Client Service Officer to join their small and growing team.
Your new role
- Providing professional and proactive support to the Financial Advisor to enhance client relationships
- Implementing recommendations and lodging new business
- Addressing client enquiries
- Co-ordinating reviews and ongoing services
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Ability to engage with planners and clients with confidence
- High quality and attention to detail in preparation of all work output
- Ability to focus and prioritise work with sound time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly productive, energetic and results-focused
- Team Player
