Mortgage Broker

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Located in South Perth, Dynamic Wealth is a progressive, fast-growing company that uses a holistic approach to wealth creation. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service to all our clients, achieving 100% customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Finance Broker to join our growing team to service our existing clients and help grow our client base. 

This role would suit a high performing professional who is looking to earn unlimited commission through hard work, backed by a team of wealth building professionals. For the right candidate we will consider profit share and the opportunity to become a partner in the business with options to own shares and come on board as a director.

You will be passionate about building strong relationships with existing accounts, but also have the creative flair to develop and secure new business opportunities. 

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL:

• Meet and contact clients to assist them with all aspects of finance. 
• Assess client needs and desired outcomes to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Liaise with our Buyers Agency to ensure the best possible outcome for the clients. 
• Maintain a continuous relationship with clients, staff and third parties. 
• Network and build relationships and a referral base through other networks.
• Contact our existing database for new business.
• Implement strategies to grow the business.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience.
• Investor and complex lending experience.
• Excellent rapport building abilities.
• Strong worth ethic and communication skills
• Ability to hit KPI’s.
• Positive attitude and willingness to succeed.
