Job Title:Client Service Officer - Administration
Minimum of 6 Months + Experience working in Finance Advice Firm with financial advisers
Location: North Sydney
Salary - 70,000 - 85,000 + Super (Depending on years of experience)

Position Overview: As a Client Service Officer/ Advice Admin, you will have the opportunity to jumpstart your career in the dynamic world of Financial Advice. You will work closely with our senior advisers to learn the ropes, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to provide top-notch Financial Advice to our clients. This role offers a unique chance to grow within the organisation, making it an ideal starting point a Client Service Officer / advice administrator professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior advisers to understand client financial goals and objectives.
- Meet and greet clients, assist with documentation and packs.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive financial assessments and analyses.
- Support in the development of tailored financial strategies and investment portfolios.
- Research and stay up to date on financial markets, products, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Desirable but not essential - Bachelor’s degree in financial planning
- RG146 qualifications
- MUST HAVE experience working within a financial planning practice alongside financial planners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial tools and software is a plus.
