Client Service Officer - Government - Part Time

APG Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Client Service Officer for a role based in a Parramatta Government Sector.

• 2-month assignment - possible extension 
• Start date: ASAP 
• $35.00 Per Hour + super
• Working Hours: 7 hours/day, 14 hours/week (Office attendance required on Thursdays and Fridays, no work-from-home option)
• Location: Parramatta

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Officer to join our Client Service team. This team is collectively responsible for providing genealogical research services to determine entitlements in intestate estates in accordance with New South Wales laws. Your research will extend beyond NSW to cover the entire Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a caseload of approximately 70 to 80 Deceased Estates.
• Conduct genealogical research within Australia to determine next of kin.
• Maintain regular, professional, and empathetic communication with clients and beneficiaries.
• Manage financial responsibilities including paying claims, preparing distributions, and issuing closing statements of receipts and disbursements.
• Deliver high-quality and timely services that are efficient and provide value to customers.
