About this role
Are you a Client Service champion who has a real interest in IT solutions and how they support internal and external stakeholders?
NCI are seeking experienced, IT savvy administrators who have an interest in applications to join our growing Applications Support team. The successful candidate will work as part of the dynamic team within our Adelaide Head Office offering reliable applications support to NCI internal and external stakeholders across the business.
This role provides high-level support to other internal departments who service our clients and clients directly all-around Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, for example:
- Provide support to clients regarding NCI applications.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails from clients regarding their queries, troubleshooting error and/or issues as required.
- Conduct NCI application demos and/or training sessions with clients as required (e.g., via Teams or in person as required).
- Provide support to internal users regarding NCI applications, resolving issues and/or errors as required.
- Support the roll out of new functionality.
- Creating and managing of client's credIT Applications.
This is a 'hands on' customer service role; accurate data entry will be key to your success, as will be your ability to communicate effectively and positively with different stakeholders.
This opportunity is a permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) position. As an entry level role, this is a gateway opportunity to a fulfilling career at NCI and the credit insurance industry.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong general hardware/software/systems understanding.
- Advanced computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in a technical support focused role via messenger, phone and email (desirable).
- Experience with customer-facing documentation (desirable).
- Either a genuine interest or experience in the financial services industry.
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude looking for a rewarding career.
- Sound communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A dynamic way of working and adapt well to change.
