Client Services Administrator | Young Dynamic Accounting Firm - Hawthorn

The Company
Our client is a Dynamic Accounting Firm located near Hawthorn. Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.

Your duties may include:

• Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
• Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
• Notice of Assessments
• Preparing letters and other documentation
• Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
• Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners

You will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in Australia in professional services or a corporate environment
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB AO, HowNow
• Public practice experience would be advantageous
• Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes'
