As a Client Services – Community, you will play a pivotal role in managing and assisting in the growth of our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless administrative support across our Care Coordinators and clients, delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.In this role you will be able to demonstrate your administrative qualities in an environment that is known for its dynamic culture and ever-changing atmosphere.About YouYou have previous experience in Customer Service and demonstrate a high efficiency to customer engagement.You are able to multi-task and prioritise. Have strong written and oral communication skills.You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.You will be able to learn and adapt quickly to updated knowledge surrounding ECH services, programs, and events within the wider business to provide accurate information to clients.You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.About UsAt ECH, we’re proud of what we do, how we work together and the impact that we have on people’s lives.
