About the role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of Walsh Accountants as a Client Services Coordinator.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare, coordinate and complete documentation and communication for client work.
- Liaise with ASIC and the ATO including using online platforms to generate and lodge documents.
- Support the accounting team with client service delivery.
- SMSF administration.
- Provide support to reception.
- Assist accountants with tasks as needed and other general office and administrative duties as required.
About you:

We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of their role, possesses excellent organisational abilities, and show initiative. They will be required to work both autonomously & within a team environment, so exceptional verbal & written communication skills, client relationship skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks are essential.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Compliance with CAS360 knowledge (or similar)
- You will have a passion for delivering outstanding client support.
- A dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude to work both in a team and autonomously.
- Strong problem-solving with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience with LightYear Docs and BGL360 highly regarded.
- Experience with Xero Tax and FYI advantageous.
- Prior experience with MYOB Practice Management software advantageous.
