Client Services Manager
Stedmans Hospitality seeks an enthusiastic Client Services Manager with sound skills in Social Media platforms to join its Sydney team.
Stedmans Hospitality is Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland’s leading hospitality agency. Stedmans provides professionally trained staff to venues, events, luxury brands, and residential and corporate concierges across the Eastern States.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Hospitality background with proven staff and client management skills and a strong administrative background with an understanding of Social Media platforms, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and client requests, a busy scheduling diary, and a can-do attitude. You will also be highly organised, able to work autonomously, and ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
Essential requirements:

- Highly organised
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Suite, Adobe Suite & Social media platforms
- Self-motivated and the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
- A demonstrated commitment to highly professional and ethical standards
This full-time position is Monday through Friday, during which the usual office hours are 9am—5pm and you will be required to work occasional weekends on a rotating roster.
Our head office is located in Surry Hills, which will be your primary workplace.
Major Goals:
Client management, staff rostering, workforce placements, and working with the senior leadership team to develop our brand across social media platforms.
Client Services
The Client Services Manager is responsible for:
- Liaising with clients regarding past, present and future bookings.
- Assist with managing the rostering system working closely with the team.
- Assist with building skilled hospitality teams across all business sectors, from events to concierge and corporate clients.
- Management of client issues as they arise in conjunction with the team.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in customer service, quality and the overall ‘product’.
- Developing and maintaining superior levels of customer service to ensure repeat business for the company.
- You will work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in order of priority and within an allotted time frame.
Social Media and Brand Marketing
The Client Services Manager is responsible for:
- Manage our social media postings and platforms
- Marketing, both digital and traditional
- Brand management - Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness
- Market research - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape better
