Right now we have an opportunity for a special person join our growing team as a Client Manager. This role will report to the Compliance Director.
Position: Client Manager
Key Objective of the Position: To prepare financial statements and tax returns for clients
Hours of work: This part time position is for 4 days per week.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, & other compliance needs all companies, trusts, partnerships & sole traders
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements
- Delivering on deadlines
- Preparation of all Australian Taxation Office forms for clients
- Preparation of tax advice to clients
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients
- Liaising directly with clients in relation to their compliance work
- Working with the directors for large clients
- Helping to solve technical tax issues for clients
- Provide instruction & support to bookkeeping team
Do you have:
- An accounting degree?
- CA/CPA qualifications?
- 4+ years experience in similar role?
- Experience with Xero Practice Manager & Xero Tax?
- Experience with Class Super?
- Strong technical skills in relation to taxation?
- Strong communication skills?
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills?
- Excellent accuracy and time management skills?
- A passion for exceptional client service?
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team?
