Client Services Manager supports the achievement of Wilson Security's Vision and the Business Unit Strategy by managing the overall operation and performance of designated sites and subordinates within the Wilson Security portfolio and as allocated by the State Manager. The purpose is to provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at all levels of service; ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness while servicing clients within budget constraints are maintained at a consistent level. The position is an important conduit for information, reporting and implementation of direction to and from the Operations Team, Clients and Site Personnel.

DescriptionKey Duties include:Contract Performance:- Oversee site management in line with contracts and budgets.- Review contract performance, plan for future site needs, and manage client relationships.- Ensure accurate invoicing, control costs, and adjust rate structures.Financials & Reporting:- Manage service delivery within budget, handle P&L, and address budget variances.- Ensure subcontractor compliance and provide accurate contract performance reports.
Leadership:- Communicate company policies, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.- Foster team growth, resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary matters.Workforce Planning:- Maintain adequate staffing levels, participate in recruitment, and manage a relief pool.- Develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.WHS:- Comply with WHS policies, promote safe work practices, and manage risk assessments.- Address health & safety issues and manage accident/incident reporting efficiently.
ProfileSkills and requirements:- Significant experience in a multi-site operational environment
- Experience in analysing and cost control over a multi-site operation
- Significant experience in a leadership & client management role
- Significant experience in delegation, project management and managing deadlines
- Demonstrated evidence of facilitating clear communication and direction to staff at all levels
- Strong time management skills developed through involvement in multi-site, multi-tasking operations environment
- Demonstrated competence in situation analysis and decision-making
- Detailed understanding of rostering, cost analysis, and resource control
- Broad knowledge of the application of Awards, EBA's/AWA's
- Experience in performance management over multi-site, mutli-discipline business units (including appraisal, counselling and termination)
- A thorough understanding of basic principles of human resource management
- Advanced levels of computer literacy (especially Excel, MS Word and Workbuddy)
- Strong levels of numerate and literate competency
- Detailed understanding of legislative requirements in relation to WHS, IR, EEO * Experienced in operating in an environment accommodating a variety of cultural and moral opinion
