Duties- Oversee the provision of information and advice for the use of employers, employees, unions and the general community, by telephone, email and the maintenance of contemporary information on websites.
- Develop and maintain operational doctrine for the management of complaints, notifications and investigations; including contract management and administration of associated information systems.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff including managing performance and staff development.
- Manage the staff and financial resources of the section to give effect to the delivery of annual work programs consistent with agency policy and legislation.
- Ensure that information is efficiently and effectively forwarded to other areas of the Agency to allow prompt action.
- Provide regular reports on performance of the work area and develop strategies to continually improve performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
