Join this established and down to earth Financial Planning practice as a Client Services Manager and contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals and attain financial security. Established over 20 years ago, this firm focuses on understanding each client's unique financial situation, goals, and aspirations and are dedicated to delivering accurate, relevant, and beneficial advice tailored to their needs.
As the Client Services Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Manage, supervise, and train Client Services/ Admin staff
- Answer incoming calls and queries
- Liaise with clients
- Prepare and lodge third-party information release forms
- Communicate with various fund managers and industry entities
- Prepare and lodge application forms, switches, policy alterations, and withdrawals, ensuring follow-up to completion
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client newsletters (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist in arranging client functions and briefings
- Prepare Wealth Solver and Risk researcher analysis
- Ensure compliance with licensee standards
- Prepare Client Service Agreement and platform Fee Authority Documents
- Prepare Advice Documents as needed, including liaising with third-party/external paraplanners
- Administer X-plan database as needed
The CSM is also responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of duties for all Client Services Staff, continual training and upskilling of staff members and minimising errors to prevent rework and uphold client satisfaction. Additionally, fostering ongoing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, as well as colleagues, is essential.
To be considered, you have proven experience with the following skills and attributes:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Continually update your ongoing qualifications to meet changes in regulations and legislation
- Some experience with xPlan software to include Wealthsolver and Risk researcher applications
