This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the advisor in the provision of the highest level of service to their portfolio of clients as well as implementation of advice. Being a key point of contact to the clients, exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a financial planning business is essential.
There will be opportunity for further career progression and development for any candidate seeking to progress to associate advisor or financial advisor down the line, or into management roles.
To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the desired criteria includes:
- 3+ years in a Client Services/advisor support role in financial planning
- strong Xplan skills
- industry relevant qualifications such as DFP or Bachelor's Degree
- advanced computer skills and IT literacy
- ability to build strong rapport with clients, other team members and third parties.
- excellent personal presentation
- exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- commitment to a hybrid work arrangement (3-4 days office or school hours)
- team player mentality and desire to establish strong relationship with advisor for the long term.
