About the opportunity:
Client Services Manager
Champion the client and quality outcomes
Manage all aspects of project-based campaigns
Conduct and confidently lead regular work in progress meetings, maintaining transparent communication with clients and inform clients on project status
Resolve client project needs, collaborating with colleagues and providing innovative solutions and outcomes
Be proactive and a step ahead of client requests and needs
Experience and ability to provide overarching strategic consultation and advice where the opportunity presents
Deliver client projects within budgets and set timelines while ensuring consistency across each project/campaign item
Educate clients on best business practices and internal processes
Assist in organising, leading and participating in client workshops, ad-hoc meetings and WIPs.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Manage all aspects of project-based campaigns, working closely with the Agency Operations Director
Conduct and confidently lead regular work in progress meetings and inform clients on project status
Maintain professional communications; client facing and using ICT systems and the organisation processes, procedures and policies
Identify and work in partnership to resolve client project needs: solutions and outcomes
Identify clients project understanding and initiatives to reach a level of understanding across project commencement
Have a solid understanding of project scope, client objectives and requirements
Deliver client projects within budgets, set timelines, whilst maintaining consistency across each project/campaign item
Educate clients across best business practices (CRE8IVE internal processes)
Ensure client service level agreement standards are maintained
Assist in organising and participating in client workshops
CLIENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Be strategic across client projects and identify new business opportunities
Maintain up-to-date market trends across brand, digital, marketing and communications
Stay informed and continue to develop knowledge across media and supplier products
Manage responses to client RFQs and new business proposals in conjunction with colleagues
Achieve client marketing and communication objectives and goals
Identify and provide strategic advice across client existing and future projects
Seek value-add and new industry innovations
Act as a Brand Guardian and adhere to mandatory guidelines and consistency across marketing items.
OPERATIONS
Adhere to workplace policies, values, procedures and working processes
Actively look for opportunities to achieve CRE8IVE’s purpose of ‘Creating Meaningful Change’
Use and contribute with the Agency Operations Director in the constant improvement and application of the CRE8IVE Agency Manual as first point of call and update as required
Manage Accelo (or any platform applied to agency operations) set up jobs, input of supplier details, time recording, raising POs
Develop and maintain working relationships with CRE8IVE Group companies and wider agency suppliers
Provide monthly ‘work in progress’ reports to the Directors and support the Agency Operations Director as required to support reporting on client and business performance
In conjunction with Agency Operations Director, continually assess project completed items and produce progress invoices on a regular basis
Create and send final invoices on project completion
Administration
Provide accurate estimates and develop client project plans
Track and manage client budgets and potential scope creep
Complete monthly reports and manage tasks allocation to team members
Record time accurately and adhere to internal processes
Adhere to workplace policies, procedures, and values
Manage our CRM systems, maintain relationships with suppliers, and produce progress invoices.
Teamwork and Relationships
Enhance the CRE8IVE workplace culture and develop effective relationships with internal team members and senior management
Assist team members during high volumes of client projects
Able to build strong working relationships with our partners and suppliers.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Knowledge of the industry (marketing, comms, advertising) is a must
Customer service mindset with a professional approach
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and use initiative
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft suite and internal systems (we use client work management platform Accelo)
Excellent time management and priority management skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Highly strategic, proactive, and solution oriented
3+ years’ experience (depending on level) in account management or project management roles
Experience in building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media advertising, creative advertising OR relevant work experience.
