Client Services Manager

At Sofcorp Wealth we offer professional financial advice and develop tailored strategies to help our clients achieve their dreams and plan for the future. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our highly successful team.

We are seeking a person who loves being in a support role and thrives on organising and managing a fast-paced practice.

You are highly motivated, organized, and analytical in your approach and above all client-focused.  You will be working closely with our principal financial planners, coordinating appointments, maintaining client files, processing paperwork, and generally providing a high level of customer service to our diverse customer base.

The successful applicant will be efficient in all aspects of office administration, competent with MS Office, and have the necessary skills to assist in the coordination of the financial planning practice.

You must be a highly motivated self-starter, have the ability to prioritise tasks, show initiative, and possess strong interpersonal skills.  You must be comfortable working in an autonomous role, yet demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment.

Relevant experience will be an advantage but not essential.  This is a fantastic career opportunity with genuine prospects to grow within the firm.
