Form of workOur Client, a mid-sized growing Accounting advisory Firm with stunning CBD office are looking for an Industry experienced Executive Assistant to work within the support team in assisting with onboarding new clients as well as with existing clients. This is a busy & diverse role with lots of client interaction; so experience working in the Accounting advisory Industry is essential to hit the ground running as they have a broad & diverse client base.

The role:
- Working closely with a large portfolio of clients building & nurturing relationships with existing clients and assisting with onboarding new clients
- Trust establishment and company incorporations
- Preparation of Financial packs
- Helping tidy meeting rooms ensuring they are ready for clients
- Assist with setting up trusts & liaising with ASIC & the ATO
- Handling ad-hoc client queries & assisting where needed.
- ESSENTIAL: Accounting Industry Experience
- Ability to work in at times a high pressure environment
- Great client facing skills & excellent attention to detail
