They are now seeking an experienced and self-motivated Client Services Manager to join their close knit & hardworking team! You will be responsible for a range of high-level administrative duties & play an important role in the firm’s daily operations. Coordinate day-to-day administration functions. Onboard new clients. Manage new & existing client relationships. Manage the corporate secretarial division. Responsible for ASIC compliance (officeholder changes, share transfers, share-buy backs & de-registrations). Improve processes & procedures. Ad-hoc administration duties as required. About You Team player who works with integrity & high standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multitask accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Suite. Highly desired if experienced with Xero Practice Manager, FYI Document Manager, NowInfinity and ATO Client Portal.
