Join this fast-paced Central Coast based financial services firm, providing support to our Advisers and excellent customer service to our clients.
You will be responsible for Client Services support within our small and dynamic team. The role will see you involved in a high level of client contact and servicing to ensure that their needs are met.
As a Client Service Officer your duties will be to:
- Provide quality support to the Financial Planner in managing the client process from first contact through to implementation and ongoing client support. Includes preparation for new clients and client reviews.
- Communicate with clients and financial institutions on a daily basis in relation to queries via email, phone and in person.
- Prepare files and documentation in advance of client appointments.
- Process/lodge and track client applications/claims including liaising with clients and financial institutions.
- Liaise with our referral partners, as necessary.
To be considered for this role you will need to:
- Experience in financial planning not necessary, however administration experience is required.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including a pleasant telephone manner)
- Have strong attention to detail and established time management and organisational skills.
- Can work autonomously and also as part of a team.
The remuneration offered will reflect experience.
