We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our busy financial advisory team.
This position is full time and requires superior teamwork skills with a focus on client servicing and relationships. The role requires a high level of collaboration in the completion of a variety of administration, reporting and data focused tasks, as well as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements where required.
As the key phone contact for clients, duties will include responding to client requests, scheduling meetings and collaborating with advisers in preparing documents, financial plans and reports.
Strong communication is a requirement to support both our clients and team, to ensure the delivery of a high level service and satisfaction for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail with strong organisation and communication skills as well as demonstrated proficiency in data base management, Microsoft Office and Excel.
Qualifications and experience in a financial planning environment would be highly regarded and experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded.
