Their goal? To find a detail-oriented and client-centric professional who excels in supporting clients from initial contact through to the completion of their dream home.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring that all aspects of the client service are executed flawlessly. From handling enquiries to coordinating house handovers, your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations daily.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Manage and respond to all client communications via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
- Support clients throughout the construction phase, addressing queries and providing updates on milestones and progress.
- Organise and conduct house handover appointments, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in general office administration, including handling incoming calls and managing client documentation.
- Strong experience in administrative roles within a customer-focused and time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude and a passion for the building industry.
- Building knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
