We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer for a reputable and established firm in Melbourne CBD, who offer WFH 2 days per week.
The business is focused on providing holistic and strategic advice for a variety of wealthy, ranging from young wealth accumulators, to retirees and business owners who all need a one-stop-shop for advice.
The main purpose of the role is to provide professional and proactive support to the Financial Advisers to enhance the client relationships and ensure they are well equipped to service their clients as per the practice service standard.
This role is very diverse, some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of regular Portfolio Valuations for clients – including assets & liabilities schedule, portfolio valuations, performance calculations and asset allocation
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions
- Assist advisers with client queries
- Assist with contribution calculations
- Ensure Xplan is up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevant
- Managing annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / Opt-ins
- Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
- Strong client focus
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency: Xplan experience is a plus
- Organised and proactive work approach
