We are a highly regarded, long term, financial planning practice seeking a Client Services Officer to be based in either our Gladstone or Bundaberg offices.
The duties of this role are very diverse, with some key responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Management of client and prospective client telephone and electronic communications
- Diary management of the team
- Produce client documents and reports in preparation for appointments
- Complete, lodge, process & follow up our client's investment, superannuation, pension and insurance etc. applications
- Monitor applications and liaise with providers through to completion
- Assist clients with completion of Centrelink applications and updates
- Accurately updating information in our client management system (XPlan)
- Typical administration and customer service responsibilities
- This role could also extend or lead to paraplanning duties for a suitable candidate
Skills and Experience that we are looking for:
- Experience within the Financial Planning field and experience with XPlan would be highly regarded
- Knowledge of the superannuation system is a necessity
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to operate in a high paced environment with equally high attention to detail
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Lateral problem-solving ability
- Exceptional customer service acumen and strong administrative experience
- Highly effective time management skills
- Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work and get on well with fellow employees in a tight-knit team environment
