About the role:
In this busy and fast-paced environment, the role is the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries within the branch. You will handle multiple queries and follow procedures for multiple services offered at the branch, including:
- Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings.
- Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance, including referring to other branches or agencies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Client Services / reception environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and ability to learn our internal booking and records systems.
- Business certificate at TAFE preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of a team, contributing towards culturally responsive, quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
- National Police Clearance.
