The role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support our Bendigo team.
We anticipate that the role will be full time, however flexible hours are available and Part Time can be negotiable for the right candidate.
The Client Services Officer is responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the Tax and Accounting team, this assists in the delivery of a range of services to Strategem clients.
The CSO manages the coordination of workflows between Partners and the team, handles client enquiries, administers client documents, and assists with diary management of the partners.
The CSO works collaboratively across the business with many different stakeholders and teams and works to ensure that workflows run smoothly and effectively for both the team members and clients.
Experience in working in a public accounting practice or boutique professional services sector (such as a financial services or law firm) would be an advantage.
